We’re seeking an experienced Director of Driver Operations Growing Markets to lead and scale processes across emerging markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global supply operations, ensuring stable growth in driver related metrics and overall operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose issues and identify root causes of declines in key operational metrics (new and active drivers, their activity, number of fleet vehicles etc).
  • Initiate and execute tactical hypotheses to restore and scale the drivers operations.
  • Support local teams and partners, working closely with top local contributors.
  • Work regularly with analytics, preparing insights, recommendations, syncs, and reports.
  • Contribute to the development and adaptation of regional growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams including Product, Marketing, Analytics, Support, and Government Relations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operational management within emerging markets or regions, preferably in ride hailing, logistics, delivery, or e commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses, analyze data, and identify root causes of issues.
  • Hands on experience launching and scaling processes or products from scratch.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher, able to lead calls, write reports, and communicate with local teams.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and building operational processes.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30% of the time).
