We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to own and elevate our Facilities function while scaling and streamlining global Operations across a distributed, international environment. As the Head of Facilities & global Operations, you’ll shape the spaces where we work – and the systems that power how we work.

This is a pivotal leadership role that unites two critical areas: physical workplace excellence and operational enablement for our global teams. You will play a central role in managing office spaces, providing full support for the business teams in the regions, and ensuring a consistent, effective employee experience across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Facilities strategy, including office management, workplace experience, space planning, and real estate decisions across all regions.
  • Ensure our physical environments foster productivity, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, tailored to local needs and company culture.
  • Oversee global operations, supporting the day-to-day functioning of teams and the scaling of company-wide processes in a remote-friendly context.
  • Define and lead the Operations Business Partner (OBP) model, embedding strategic, proactive operational support into each major function or region.
  • Hire, mentor, and empower a team of OBPs, ensuring clear ownership, measurable impact, and strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Develop and track KPIs that reflect the performance and value of both Facilities and Operations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating high-level strategy into grounded, operational action.
  • Manage budgets and investments across both domains, ensuring financial discipline and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Deep experience leading global Facilities or Workplace functions, with a focus on scaling and standardizing environments across regions.
  • A strong track record in building and managing global Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, international company.
  • Hands-on experience with the Operations Business Partner model, or similar business-aligned operations teams.
  • A people-first leadership style – you build strong teams, develop talent, and drive clarity.
  • Comfort working across cultures, time zones, and levels of ambiguity.
  • Financial fluency: you can manage large budgets, spot inefficiencies, and make smart investment calls.
  • Exceptional communication skills: you’re able to clearly frame decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
